Along with the Greenville and Mt. Diablo faults, an earthquake along the Concord-Green Valley Fault line would mostly affect the Sacramento-San Joaquin areas. The fault lies 10 miles east of Napa. Damage from the creep of the fault can be seen in the sidewalks and streets of downtown Concord, Calif. No major earthquakes have been recorded on the fault.
