Photographer Sebastião Salgado is known worldwide for his long-term projects on global issues. “Genesis,” his most recent series, is the result of an eight-year exploration of pristine areas of the Earth. The exhibition “Genesis” and its companion books were curated and designed by his wife, Lélia Wanick Salgado. The couple spoke with NYC-ARTS about their collaboration on this project.
